This is the first time we see the cairo overcoat. "...the fabric of spacetime is tearing something fierce on Lord English's CAIRO OVERCOAT." We've seen this coat a lot so far (as of current update) and we've yet to fully understand its significance. I find this (part of a) sentence suspicious.
